Actually everything was brand-new, my next choice again in Krakow. The location was marvellous and lovely, the public spaces were fairly clean and the staff was pleasant. Really enjoyed its restaurant for dinner, nice bonus, especially when it's very hot outside.

The location is peaceful, convenient for a one-night stay, close to the city center, and nearby a train station.

neohotel exceeded my expectations. modern, clean room with a loft bedroom and a living room. english speaking staff and delicious breakfast for a reasonable fee. perfect location near krakow airport with nearby parking. highly recommend the italian restaurant by the lake.

The best part of this hotel was the two ladies at the front desk. They were extremely helpful and pleasant! Additionally, the price (online) was great for what you get.

While the hotel has wi-fi throughout, our room did not have access to it. It's near the airport, but the taxi is a bit expensive for such a short trip.

Hotel was 10 min drive from the airport, so location is good. Hotel was clean and moder designed. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Morning breakfest was on my reguested time and food was fresh and in good veriaty.

The stuff at the hotel is really nice and professional. The hotel is situated close to main roads and the airport Balice, but the place is still quiet. Good place when you fly to/from Cracow. Simple, but tasty breakfast.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is easy to find and very close and convenient to the airport. The room was clean.

The room did not have tea and coffee making facilities (which I expect as standard in a hotel in this price range), however there was bottled water provided. There was no hairdryer in the room. The bathroom fittings are showing wear and tear - the bathroom vanity was partly ripped, the seal on the shower doors was also falling off, so the shower leaked over the bathroom floor.
